In 2019 we've started with the production of Moringa powder!
Moringa oliefera is truly rich in nutrients. The leaves are rich in Vitamins A and C, calcium, Vitamin B3 and iron.
Our Moringa is handpicked from our garden, dried in the sun and ground into powder. You can add to taste to soups and sauces or use in fruit smoothies.
SOME RECIPES from our cook at Yeh Pulu restaurant:
MORINGA LUMPIA WRAPPER
(makes about 14 wrappers)
3 eggs
2 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon of moringa powder
1,5 cups of water
1/2 teaspoons of salt
1 cup of cornstarch
In a bowl, mix eggs, oil, moringa, juice, water, and salt until incorporated, and slowly add cornstarch until very smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour a scoop of batter onto the pan, approximately 1/4 cup. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coasts the
